Falk\u00f6pings Hyresbost\u00e4der offers student housing for students at university\/college or L\u00e4rcenter in Falk\u00f6ping. <\/p>\n\n

We want to make student life a little easier! Therefore, we offer two rent-free months during the summer (July and August) for our student tenants. In addition, you receive a discount on each monthly rent for our 1- and 2-room apartments in the following areas: Wetterlinsgatan, Dotorpsgatan 55\u201357, Gr\u00f6nelundsgatan 6\u20138, and \u00c5ttag\u00e5rdsgatan 2. This offer applies if you continue to reside with us and pursue your studies during the autumn semester.<\/p>\n\n

Electricity Agreement<\/strong>Electricity supply agreement & electricity grid agreement<\/p>\n\n

You need to set up two electricity subscriptions. Electricity supply agreement \u2013 refers to the electricity you consume. Here you can choose your electricity provider and contract type.Electricity grid agreement \u2013 refers to the transport of electricity through the lines to your home. This agreement is tied to the electricity grid company that owns the grid where you live and cannot be freely chosen. <\/p>\n\n

It is important that you actively choose an electricity supply contract. If you do not make a choice, you will automatically be assigned a so-called default contract<\/em>, which is often more expensive than other options. <\/p>\n\n

If you have not registered your subscription with Falbygdens Energi before the start of the rental agreement, an administrative fee of SEK 300 per invoice will be charged for re-invoicing. You can register via https:\/\/falbygdensenergi.se\/<\/a> or by phone at 0515-77 75 00. This does not apply to those with IMD (individual metering).<\/em> <\/p>\n\n

Internet & TV<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Your apartment is connected to Open Fiber. This means that you as a tenant have greater options to create the wireless home that best suits you and your preferences. <\/p>\n\n

Direct Debit<\/strong> \u2013 means your invoice is automatically debited from your specified account on the last weekday of the month. You only need to ensure that there are sufficient funds in your account. You register for Direct Debit by filling out a form and submitting it to us. You can also fill out the form in person at our office, Dotorpsgatan 53 in Falk\u00f6ping. <\/p>\n\n

Email<\/strong> \u2013 You can choose to receive an invoice copy via email. It is important that you have provided us with the correct email address. <\/p>\n\n
