Once registered, you need to be proactive and express interest when a vacant commercial space or storage unit that interests you becomes available. Your position in the queue for the available unit depends on who else has applied for the same space\/storage and how many queue points they have.  <\/p>\n\n<p>How to join the queue:<br\/>Log in to <a href=\"https:\/\/minasidor.hyresbo.se\/\">My Pages (hyresbo.se)<\/a> and activate yourself as an applicant for commercial space. To maintain your position in our queue system, you must log in once a year. Otherwise, your applicant profile will be removed from our system according to GDPR. If you have registered a current email address or mobile number, you will receive a reminder when login is required; no other reminders will be sent. Please note that you are responsible for ensuring that the contact information provided is correct and updated if information changes.    <\/p>\n\n<p>This is what happens when a commercial space\/storage unit becomes available:<\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The commercial space\/storage unit is published on our website. During this time, you can express interest. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When the application period ends, we review the expressions of interest. The person with the highest queue points receives an offer. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After receiving the offer, you notify us via My Pages or telephone whether you accept or decline the space. If no response is received, it is interpreted as a decline. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p>If you are the one with the highest queue points who received an offer and meet our <a href=\"https:\/\/hyresbo.se\/en\/rental-policy\/\"><strong>rental policy<\/strong><\/a>, a rental contract will be established.
