It can naturally foster good relationships between neighbors. Unfortunately, it can also be a place where conflicts arise, so we ask you to follow our community rules.  <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to do your laundry<\/h4>\n\n<p>Carefully follow the care instructions for washing machines, dryers, and other equipment in the laundry room. If you are unsure how to use the laundry room and machines, please contact your property manager for a walkthrough. <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>It is important to strictly follow the booking system rules to avoid unnecessary conflicts with neighbors and create a more pleasant living environment for everyone.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Empty the pockets of your garments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Washing with a full load saves energy. This benefits you, your neighbors, and the environment! <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rugs may only be washed if there are special washing machines for them, and you must not dye or bleach clothes in the washing machines!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Report any machine malfunctions immediately.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minors are not allowed to use the laundry room by themselves.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pets are not allowed in the laundry room, and smoking is also prohibited in the laundry room.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>When you have finished your laundry, leave the laundry room&#8217;s inventory and cleaning supplies in place. Leave the laundry room so that the next tenant can start on time, but before you do this, you must clean up after yourself. Wipe down the machines, floors, benches, and other fixtures, and clean the detergent compartment. Remove lint from the dryer and leave the laundry room, drying room, machines<br\/>and other equipment in the condition you would like to find them in.
