It&#8217;s not easy to explain, but in short, it&#8217;s a fee based on the hour or hours in the month when you&#8217;ve used the most kilowatt-hours (kWh).  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The higher the number of kWh you use, the higher the fee. Therefore, it&#8217;s best to spread out your electricity usage as much as possible.
