Then you have the opportunity to book the guest room when you have visitors.
The guest room at Plåtslagaren 19 has sleeping accommodations for 4 people and access to a bathroom with shower. This is also available for our tenants at Plåtslagaren 38.
At Diamanten, the guest room has sleeping accommodations for 5 people and access to a bathroom with shower, a common room with seating for 18+3 people, and a kitchen.
We provide blankets and pillows, but guests must bring their own bed linens, towels, and toilet paper.
Book a Guest Room
- This is most easily done using the stairwell display in the entrance, logging in by holding up your key or tag.
- Bookings can be made up to 62 days in advance, and the maximum rental period is 4 consecutive days.
- The rent for the overnight room is per day. The cost will be charged on the next rent statement. Plåtslagaren 200 SEK/day and Diamanten 300 SEK/day, as the assembly hall with kitchen is also included.
- Access to the guest room begins at 12:00 PM on the first rental day. The tag on your apartment key is used to enter the guest room once you have made a booking.
- Check-out is no later than 12:00 PM on the last rental day.
- General rental housing rules also apply to the guest room. As a tenant, you are responsible for ensuring that the rules are followed during your guest’s stay.
- The tenant is responsible for cleaning the guest room for the next tenant. Cleaning supplies are provided in the guest room. Inadequate cleaning will be charged.
- Unused bookings will be charged.
- Cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before the booking start time.
