Falköpings Hyresbostäder AB is Falköping residents’ own housing company as we are owned by Falköping Municipality. We also have a subsidiary, Fastighets AB Mösseberg, where we manage industrial properties.
As the municipality’s largest landlord, we contribute to the municipality’s ambition to be a residential area that offers “the good life”. With our approximately 2000 apartments of various sizes located not only in the urban area but also in several of our communities, we contribute to many alternative housing options. We have both older properties and completely new ones with 100% accessibility. It’s not just age that distinguishes the properties, but also standard and thus price range. In other words, we have an apartment stock that should suit most tastes.
We are members of Sveriges Allmännytta, which actively works with issues related to the environment, future, and development.
We are also members of HBV, Husbyggnadsvaror förening, which is the public housing sector’s purchasing center, and through them, we have access to efficient and good agreements on many products that we use in our apartments.
We currently have over 30 employees, and we place great emphasis on providing good service that is based on our various areas as well as from our centrally located office.

The board is appointed by the municipal council in Falköping Municipality. It consists of 7 members and an equal number of personal deputies.

Each invoice must be marked with the current reference/orderer and our order number, cost center and/or project. The invoices must be issued per marking, i.e., an e-invoice cannot contain invoice lines that include different markings. If reference regarding what the invoice concerns is made to an attachment, for example, an offer or other document, this must be attached. Invoices that lack the requested marking or are incorrectly marked will be returned to you for correction.

The invoice should be sent as a pdf attachment, one pdf file per invoice (including any attachments) and per email. Each invoice must be marked with the current reference/orderer and our order number, cost center and/or project. We will not read incoming emails at these addresses as they are handled automatically, messages should therefore be sent to ekonomi@hyresbo.se. Invoices that are sent incorrectly will be returned.
