The Tenants’ Association also organizes activities for residents in our areas. Invitations are sent by mail or posted in the stairwell, so keep an eye out!
Important considerations when borrowing facilities
- You must be at least 20 years old and have a valid contract with Hyresbostäder and be able to present valid ID.
- The time you book must include preparation, the event and cleaning, maximum 12 hours per occasion and no later than 10:00 PM.
- You are responsible for ensuring that furniture and equipment are handled correctly and that the room is prepared, cleaned and locked after use. If this is not fulfilled, you may be liable for damages.
- Playing loud music or making noise is not permitted. Common sense and consideration always apply.
- Doors and passages may not be blocked.
- If these rules are not followed, you will NOT be allowed to use the facility again.
- Keys are borrowed from the contact person for the room and a contract regarding the room is signed together with the contact person.
- You who borrow the room are personally responsible during the entire rental period.
