Our apartments are unfurnished. Heating and water are included in the rent. As a tenant, you arrange your own electricity contract; see Electricity Contract below.
Rent is paid in advance—no later than the last business day of the month before the month for which the rent applies. For example, rent for March is paid on the last business day of February.
If the rent is not paid on time, the matter will be referred to a debt collection agency. Unpaid rent may also result in termination of the tenancy agreement in accordance with applicable regulations. If you are having difficulty paying the rent on time, it is important that you contact us as soon as possible to discuss the options available.
The notice period is 3 full calendar months.
For example, if you give notice on the apartment during January, the notice period begins to run from February 1st. The agreement will then expire on April 30th.

Your apartment is connected to Open Fiber. This means that you as a tenant have greater options to create the wireless home that best suits you and your preferences.

Electricity contract
Electricity – you need to arrange an electricity contract yourself before you move in.
The most important:
- Choose an electricity trading agreement before moving in
- Otherwise you will get an assigned contract which is often more expensive
Two parts – briefly explained
- Electricity Trading Agreement refers to the actual electricity you use. You choose which electricity trading company you sign a contract with. Tip! Compare prices on Electricity Price Comparison.
- Electricity Grid Agreement covers the transport of electricity in the lines to your home. This agreement is tied to the electricity grid company that owns the grid where you live and cannot be freely chosen.
Register your subscription before the contract start date, otherwise an administrative fee of SEK 300/invoice will be charged.
Does not apply to apartments with IMD (individual metering)
Home Insurance
Home insurance is required – signed by you as the tenant.
It is important protection if something happens in your apartment. Home insurance can help you if, for example, you are robbed, something breaks, or you accidentally cause damage.
Keep in mind that home insurance does not cover damages caused by lack of maintenance or abnormal wear and tear in the apartment.
As a tenant, you are responsible for taking out your own home insurance – it is not included in the rent.
Ensure that you have valid home insurance from the day you move in.
