Disturbances

There are no specific times of day when it is permitted to play loud music or watch TV at high volume, but a general guideline is that it should be quiet from 22. Common sense and consideration are what apply.

If you are planning to have a party or similar event, it is usually appreciated if you inform your nearest neighbors in advance. Also remember that as a tenant, you are responsible for ensuring that visitors are not loud or disturb your neighbors. As a tenant, you are also responsible for your pets.

If you feel disturbed by a neighbor, it is often appreciated to address it directly with the neighbor in a friendly manner before the problem becomes too large. Tenants who disturb neighbors sometimes do not realize that they are causing disturbance. If your conversation does not lead to any improvement, it is important that you report the disturbance to us so we can help resolve the problem.

If a disturbance occurs in the evening or at night, we want you to contact the security service,
0417-58 55 72.

If we receive a complaint or disturbance report, we contact the disturbing neighbor.
In case of repeated or particularly serious disturbances, we send a warning letter.
If the person causing the disturbance still does not stop despite this, it may lead to termination of the lease agreement.

It is important that these rules are followed to create a pleasant environment for you and your neighbors.
