What Happens if I Lose a Key?

Contact your property manager if this occurs. For security reasons, we always change locks when a key is lost, and you as the tenant will bear the cost.

If I Want Additional Keys?

Contact your property manager to order additional keys. You will bear the cost yourself.

If I Am Locked out?

If you have locked yourself out, contact Security Service at phone number 0515-70 00 20. You must be able to present identification and will be charged for the unlocking service.
