Falköpings Hyresbostäder AB has reached an agreement with the Tenants’ Association regarding a rent increase effective April 1, 2025, with an average of 5.5% differentiated as follows:

| General increase for housing with IMD water | 5.37% |
| General increase for housing with presumption rent and no investment support | 3.37% |
| General increase for housing with presumption rent and no investment support with IMD water | 3.04% |
| Maximum rent increase per month | 750 SEK |
| In addition to the agreed increase, there is an additional 3 SEK/month for the increased rent-setting fee, which applies to all housing. |
You can view your new rent on My Pages under My Payments once the invoice is ready in March.
