There are many things that we only use once. Bread bags, fruit bags, gift packaging, and glass jars are a few examples. Instead of buying new freezer bags, use the bread bag instead of putting it directly into recycling. Next time you go to the store, bring the fruit bag and use it again. Glass jars are excellent for storing food.
