Falköping Hyresbostäder AB has decided on new rent pricing for parking spaces. The new rents apply from February 1, 2025, and represent an increase of between 10-20%.
No rent adjustments have been made since 2020.
The increase applies to all parking spaces, i.e., ground-level parking spaces, shared garages, and individual garages. (outdoor parking spaces outside Falköping urban area will not be increased)
Parking space rents are not negotiated with the Tenants’ Association.
The rent level has been adjusted based on current rent and type of vehicle space. Your new rent amount will be shown on the February rent statement, which will be sent out in mid-January.
To create more sustainable and market-based pricing, we have decided to implement annual price increases going forward.
