We are now seeking a dedicated and organized Property Manager who wants to help further develop our management with a focus on sustainability, long-term perspective, and community benefit.
As a Property Manager, you will contribute to ensuring our properties are maintained efficiently according to plan and budget, while we collectively work towards sustainable community development.
The work is varied and spans from planned maintenance, energy optimization, authority inspections and contacts, systematic fire protection work to supervising property staff and monitoring results and forecasts in our maintenance budget. You are responsible for procurement and invoice management according to the Public Procurement Act (LOU) and ensure that our properties are managed in line with current requirements and guidelines. You will be part of a committed team with short decision-making paths and have good cooperation with other key personnel and departments in the organization.
For this role, we are looking for someone with post-secondary education in construction or property management, or equivalent work experience. You have good knowledge of property management with associated economics, purchasing, and contract issues. You have a good ability to work in a structured manner with a clear focus on planning and follow-up. As a person, you are committed, unpretentious, and communicative with a strong willingness to collaborate and ability to drive issues forward. It is highly meritorious if you have previous experience in leadership or project management, but the most important thing is that you enjoy taking responsibility and making decisions. Furthermore, you find it easy to familiarize yourself with digital systems and have good knowledge of the Office suite. A driver’s license is required, as well as good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. It is also meritorious if you have experience with the Public Procurement Act (LOU) and construction law.
