On Villagatan are our popular ground-level apartments, only about 5 minutes’ walk from the grocery store and train station. The single-story buildings were constructed in 1969 and contain modern one and two-bedroom apartments with a townhouse feel. New windows were installed in 2017 and entrance doors were replaced in 2023. The apartments have their own heating system (cold rent). Here all apartments have private entrances, patios facing green areas. Just outside flows the babbling Smältebäcken stream.

The apartments on Kungsgatan, near the school, all have private entrances. On Hässlebergsgatan is a residential area with buildings constructed during different time periods.
