Timotejvägen

Here you’ll find popular ground-floor apartments varying in size from two to four rooms, all with private patios. These single-story houses with a townhouse feel, built in the late 70s, have been additionally insulated and received new facades, windows, and patio doors. Each apartment has its own washing machine and dryer/drying cabinet, and individual heating system (excluding heating costs).

A garage space is included with each apartment, and additional outdoor parking spaces are available if desired.

Paradgatan 12

On Paradgatan in Kinnarp, we have an older, somewhat simpler three-story building, with new windows from 2023. The comfortable apartments vary in size from one to three rooms, all with French or regular balconies.

There is a beautiful garden with green space, and a shared laundry room with modern washing equipment. Parking spaces are available for rent in unheated or heated garages, or outdoors.

Change to: Kulebacken 2, 4, and 6-20

Kulebacken in Kinnarp has mixed housing.

There are two older, somewhat simpler two-story buildings at Kulebacken 2 and 4. The apartments vary in size between two and three rooms, with new windows and patio doors from 2023.

At Kulebacken 6-20, built in 1988, we have well-planned two to three-room apartments with private entrances. Ground floor apartments have patios, and first-floor apartments have large balconies.

There are beautiful green areas with play facilities and a shared laundry room with modern washing equipment. Garage spaces are available for rent in both heated and unheated garages, and additional outdoor parking spaces are available if desired.

Frökindsgatan 2-28

On Frökindsgatan in Kinnarp, adjacent to the senior housing, there are nice one and two-room ground floor apartments with private patios.

Laundry facilities in a shared laundry room with modern washing equipment and outdoor garage spaces are available for rent if desired.
