What Personal Data Do We Process?

The information you share yourself, your CV, your personal letter and other information, such as grades and certificates that you submit to us or to recruitment partners. In addition, we may record notes from interviews, conversations with references and results from any personality tests.

To protect your privacy, you as an applicant are requested to avoid sensitive personal data such as personal identification numbers and information that can be linked to ethnic origin, family situation, religion, health, crime, political or trade union involvement in the documents sent to us.

Who Has Access to the Personal Data?

Storage of Personal Data

In connection with recruitment, personal data will be saved in order to be used in the event of a possible appeal against the appointment of a position in accordance with current discrimination legislation. No later than one year after the end of the recruitment or after a submitted unsolicited application, the data will be deleted if you do not choose to remain active.
