Here, right next to Stora Torget and the Old Town, is an exciting quarter with varied buildings and a lovely lush outdoor environment. The houses were built at different times and include two five-story point houses with elevators, where the top floors have a fantastic panoramic view. Some apartments are also duplexes. There are also two-story houses from the turn of the last century with fully modernized apartments, as well as some newer houses from 1991 that have been adapted to fit into the older surroundings.

In the Fabrikören quarter, a few blocks from Stora Torget, Haglund’s roller blind factory operated for most of the 20th century. After Haglund’s ceased operations, it stood empty for many years before we decided to give new life to this fine old building.
The quarter’s solid, brick buildings were converted into residences. There are high ceilings, large windows, and spacious volumes. Here you’ll find apartments for all tastes. Everything from compact 1-room apartments to generous 5-room apartments, but the emphasis is on airy 3-room apartments.
The apartments are generally somewhat larger than standard, and also have more storage and larger kitchens than usual. All apartments are painted in light colors and have solid wood floors and tiles in the entrances.
