Grönelund

The Grönelund area is located in the northern parts of Falköping’s city center and is, especially during summertime, as lush as it sounds. Well-kept and well-grown flora gives the area a wonderful park feeling. Through well-developed communications, you can quickly reach the center or the central station.

Midgård is an 8-story point house with a restaurant on the ground floor and 35 apartments on 7 floors. All apartments have a high standard with their own washing machine and tumble dryer as well as a spacious glazed balcony. The apartments have efficient central ventilation (FtX). They also have individual measurement of electricity and water, which means that you as a tenant do not pay for more than you consume. There is an elevator in the property. In connection to the building there are parking spaces for rent both outdoors and in a cold garage.
